Cream Cheese Frosting
Oh come on, who doesn’t like to lick the frosting off the mixer beaters?!

1 8 oz package of cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups confectioner’s sugar (or to consistency desired)
1 tablespoon milk
2 teaspoons vanilla

  • Beat together cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy.
  • Add in confectioner’s sugar, milk and vanilla and beat till smooth.
  • Add additional sugar or milk until desired consistency is reached.
