Simple to whip up at moment’s notice.
24 graham crackers (12 sheets)
6 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 cup sugar
Add spices if desired
- Crush graham crackers. This can be done using a food processer or in a plastic bag with a rolling pin, baseball bat, meat cleaver etc…
- Add melted butter and sugar and combine.
- If your pie filling does not require baking, bake the crust for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees F. Remove and cool.
- Pairs great with key lime pie or chocolate haupia pie.
