It’s been a hot minute since I last checked in- so here are some of the highlights…
Recently I:
- Built a web portal at www.amypeniston.com/web to host my web-related thoughts and discoveries
- Built a Python Twitter Stream parser to analyze tweet frequency
- Built a personal website (“digital resume”) for my friend who is applying to grad schools
- Built a fun and bright website for Cafe 4, a restaurant in Bermuda
- Built a coaching/consulting website for Transform (Bermuda)
-In the next week, I will be going on a 10-day road trip from Los Angeles to West Virginia and then onward to Maryland and finally New York City.
-I am also looking forward to my next music festival, which will either be Voodoo in New Orleans (haven’t booked yet) or Holy Ship (booked!). I also can’t wait to buy myself a new laptop, as this one is on its last leg.
-The issue that I am struggling with the most is eye-strain (no, but seriously). I’m also trying to understand MongoDB (having worked exclusively with MySQL in the past).
-I am currently working on a website for a Bermuda-based landscaping, maintenance and trucking company.
