Thin Crust Sourdough Pizza

This was my first attempt at sourdough pizza and all I can say is WOW. About 4 days after first mixing flour and water together to make Fred, the Sourdough Starter, I decided to try King Arthur’s Pizza Crust Recipe. The result was light, crunchy and flavourful- perhaps some of the best dough I have ever made.
