1 loaf of bread
olive oil
butter
dried herbs: thyme, Italian seasoning or whatever you have on hand
garlic powder
pepper
salt
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a pan with parchment paper.
- Chop loaf of bread into 1-inch pieces and spread on pan.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, butter, herbs and seasonings.
- Microwave topping mixture for 35 seconds.
- Drizzle topping over bread cubes.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Bake until desired crunchiness, stirring and rotating to promote equal browning.
