Description
If you love festivals and haven’t already heard of Electric Zoo, I don’t know WHERE you’ve been. This is THE festival for electronic music lovers and it’s located just outside New York City, of all places. Held over Labor Day weekend on 24 acres of land on Randall’s Island Park, it’s sure to get your eardrums rockin’. Tickets include ferry or shuttle transportation to and from the venue- but watch out: once you leave for the day you can’t return until the next afternoon.
2013 will be the 5th annual Electric Zoo; In 2009, the inaugural year, over 25,000 people flocked in to watch big-names like Armin van Buuren and Deadmau5. Since then the festival has expanded to over 110,000 attendees. There’s no doubt that this year’s event will be even bigger and more epic.
Electric Zoo is an 18+ event.
